A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make
things clear.

Still curious about something?
Visit our support page

Who is PropNest built for?

Property managers, landlords and tenants. Managers run the portfolio, landlords see their properties and statements, and tenants use a portal for payments, lease details and repairs.

Can I manage long-term rentals and short stays?

Yes. Leases and short stays sit side by side, and each property can have a live guest guide, with access details shown after verification.

How do payments work?

Tenants pay by card or US bank transfer (ACH), and rent goes to the landlord’s connected account. Bank transfers show as processing until they clear.

Will it work with my existing calendar?

Yes, as a read-only subscription for rent dates, lease expiries, inspections and stays in Apple, Google or Outlook calendars. It is one-way.

Do I need to rebuild a guide when a tenant moves?

No. The guide belongs to the property. Update the tenant and any changed access details, then share the same live link.

Are mobile apps available?

Not yet. Use PropNest in your browser today; mobile apps are coming, with no date announced.

How do I get started?

Access is by invitation for now. Join the waitlist with your email and a little about your portfolio and we will send a code when a place opens. Already have one? Enter it on the same page.
